It is, as we're sure you've figured out, an imposter who pops up from time to time most likely out of jealousy, insanity or most likely both. 2) They stopped bothering other blogs when those blogs caught them red handed because they had the ability to detect their IP adress differed from ours (We're located in the US, they we're told in Calgary Canada). 3) Anyway, easiest thing to do is to delete and ignore them and eventauly they tire and move on.
